PMS should be considered a disability

If you think having having PMS just means being a bit more irritable, think again. Here is a list of common symptoms from the US Department of Health and Human Services.
  • acne
  • breast swelling and tenderness
  • feeling tired
  • having trouble sleeping
  • upset stomach, bloating
  • headache or backache
  • appetite changes or food cravings
  • joint or muscle pain
  • trouble concentrating or remembering
  • tension, irritability, mood swings, or crying spells
  • anxiety or depression
I'm currently suffering from 11 of these symptoms. I've got to say the joint/muscle pain and headache/backache is a first. Sometimes, menopause doesn't seem all that bad.
