Psych update

Oh things do change quickly! The "gang" was broken up, the weapon was confiscated, the lady does not have MRSA (hurrah!!), bullet eyes is being discharged, patient apologized for "being rude" and doesn't want to attack me anymore (hurrah!!). And once again there is peace on 7E and 7W.
