At one point I had a secret email address (you know the kind you give out for spamming). Fretsalot10@yahoo.com. HAH, that's how much I fret(ted) and worr(ied), and if you're reading this, you probably already knew that. Hah.

Anyway I was looking for this one quote, didn't find it, but came across this stack from Dale Carnegie, American lecturer (1888-1955), who apparently had many wise thoughts about worrying. This one is the least eloquent, but sums it up nicely: "Do you remember the things you were worrying about a year ago? How did they work out? Didn't you waste a lot of fruitless energy on account of most of them? Didn't most of them turn out all right after all?" So true.

It's almost just one of those habits except not as good as hand washing. There's probably no point in telling myself not to worry since I probably will continue on doing so, but it doesn't mean I can't try!

News update:

- Step 1 scores soon. PRAY FOR ME.
