Gas is over $4 a gallon, dollar's crumpling, Bear Stearns is imploding. We're in the middle of an economic meltdown, still stuck in the 1.2 trillion dollar war known as "Operation Enduring Freedom," with 36 million living in poverty, 3.5 million homeless, 47 million uninsured citizens, and if things weren't bad enough, we've got W. in the White House to lead us of of it. W.! I could cry.
(Really though, what's there to say when you've got a country that bases its presidential vote on who seems like he'd be more fun to have a beer with?)
And about what's going on in Tibet? I can't even go there.
